The MPLAB IDE and the MPLAB C Compilers have a combination of PDF help documents and HTML help files.

If you open your Start menu you can load the MPLAB help browser from the menu item:

You can use the MPLAB IDE document browser to find help for the MPLAB IDE, ICD2 programmer, and accessories.

Step 6. Start the MPLAB IDE

Now you are ready to launch the MPLAB IDE.
